Any negative emotion has an effect on our everyday lives and how we feel.  This impacts who we are, our relationships and our behaviours

Too much stress/anxiety can be identified through signs such as lack of concentration, fatigue, inability to make decisions, irritability, increased dependence on alcohol, and/or change of appetite. 

 

Physical symptoms may show up as headaches, and upset stomach. Anxiety can lead to anxiety attacks

If emotional or mental health issues are not addressed research has shown us that this can lead to disease and illness which in turn could mean a longer period of absence.

It is important more now than ever to look after our own well-being as well as others we have a responsibility for.
