What are the two types of anxiety
CORTEX -when you overthink and things gradually build up to create a sense of stress and anxiety.
AMYGDALA - anxiety that fires directly into the amygdala of the brain. It feels like it comes out of the blue. You don't know what triggered it and you suddenly feel scared and anxious
If you suffer from either type of anxiety, the good news is it can be treated
If you have had enough of living with all the issues anxiety brings maybe it is time to think about doing something about it.
